Department on Litigation

The Department on Litigation performs the following activities:

  • Prepares agreements that the Agency signs with third parties
  • Proposes and participates in proceedings in which the Agency has active and passive authority;
  • Takes necessary legal actions for cover possible losses of pension funds assets
  • Assesses whether the written materials and the information distributed by the Pension Companies are in compliance with the law and  takes necessary measures in this regard;
  • Record-keeps and coordinates complaints against Pension Companies and
  • Performs other activities within the scope of operations of the Department.
