Leads, presents and represents the Agency;

Is responsible for the operation of the Agency in accordance with the rights and responsibilities determined in this Law;

Organizes and provides legal performance of the activities from the field of operations of the Agency;

Proposes to the Management Board to adopt regulations under its competence;

Executes the decisions of the Management Board;
-
Enacts decisions on the type and volume of the control of the companies, the custodian and the foreign asset manager;
-
Presses charges or authorizes a person to press charges on legal initiating procedure on actions which are subject to penalties by law;

Enacts a decision on prohibiting or suspending the publication or distribution of advertising or any promotional or informative material by Pension Companies that may be considered misleading and specify a period within which an appropriate correction shall be made;

Drafts and submits annual report on the operation of the Agency to the Management Board;

Concludes agreements within the authorizations determined by the Law and this Bylaw;

Raises initiatives and gives suggestions on improving the Agency’s operation;

Appoints and dismisses senior staff in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 51, paragraph (9) of the Law;

Takes care of the disposal of funds within the Agency budget in the amount of and for the purposes determined by the Management Board;

Creates committees and other working bodies for performing activities of its own competence and
-
Performs other activities stipulated in the Law, By-Law or other regulations of the Agency.
