Public Affairs Advisor

The Public Affairs Advisor performs the following activities: 

  • Creates mechanisms to promote the mandatory fully funded pension insurance system.
  • Prepares publications of the Agency.
  • Coordinates the marketing and campaigns of the Agency.
  • Establishes methods and procedures for informing the media.
  • Proposes amendments and additions to the existing legal rules and regulations or enactment of new regulations in the area of its operation.
  • Cooperates with relevant institutions in the area of its operation.
  • Coordinates the relations of the Agency with other public or private institutions, domestic or international, which are related to the fully funded pension insurance system.
  • Plans and coordinates the internal communication of the Agency.
  • Prepares press releases of the Agency.
  • Monitors the design and printing or production of brochures and the prospectus of the Agency and the audio-video materials.
  • Is responsible for receiving domestic and foreign visitors to the Agency and plan and coordinate study tours, seminars and fairs.
  • Coordinates the delivery of economic and financial information to other institutions that are related to the Fully Funded Pension Insurance System.
  • Coordinates the relationship of the Agency with international organizations of which it is or should become a member.
  • Prepares informative brochures for the pension fund members about the most important aspects of the fully funded pension insurance system.
  • Creates instruments for evaluation of public opinion about the Agency’s operations and the functioning of the fully funded pension insurance system.
  • Informs the public about the categories of people which are obligated to join a pension fund, and insured parties who may join a pension fund by their personal choice.
