Institutional Control Department
The Institutional Control Department performs the following activities:

Performs institutional control over the Pension Companies, their marketing and activities and the process of membership in a Pension Fund;

Enacts procedures for abrogating or cancelling the approval to manage pension funds;

Assesses and controls the operations of the institutions under supervision and their compliance with the regulation related to the following issues: control over the financial operations of the Pension Company, acquisition and transfer of shares of the Pension Company, maintenance of the share capital, usage of Pension Company’s assets in accordance with the Law, compliance with the Law on reporting and disclosure;

Controls the operations of the institutions under supervision and their compliance with the regulations related to the following issues: transfer of members between Pension Companies, start up of activities conditioned with dates, informing the Pension Funds’ members, marketing activities of the Pension Companies, public relations, reorganization of Pension Companies, management bodies o f the Pension Companies and

Performs other activities within the scope of operations of the Department.
