Department for Normative and Legal Issues

The Department for Normative and Legal Issues performs the following activities:

• Proposes and prepares acts within the scope of authorities of the Agency related to the functioning and enhancement of the fully funded pension insurance
• Proposes and prepares acts for collaboration of the Agency with supervisory bodies from the country and abroad;
• Controls and prepares acts necessary for the Agency’s operations and
• Performs other activities within the scope of operations of the Department.
