Adopts the By-Law of the Agency;

Adopts the organizational structure and job description act of the Agency;

Adopts the annual program for operation of the Agency and monitors its fulfillment;

Adopts the annual report for the operation of the Agency.

Determines the Agency’s budget

Gives prior consent on each acquisition or transfer of pension company’s shares;

Determines the percentage of its own capital in compliance with Article 20, paragraph (1), item c) of the Law;

Determines other fees that the Agency charges from the companies;

Determines the amount of the fees used for financing the Agency’s operation stipulated in Article 56, paragraph (3) of the Law and

Performs other activities stipulated in the Law and the Agency’s Bylaw.
