Pension Control Department

The Pension Control Department performs the following activities:

• Controls the operations of the institutions under supervision and their compliance with regulations related to pensions payout that refer to: conditions for acquiring the right to a pension benefit from the fully funded pension insurance, methodology for pension benefit calculation, pension benefit payout by means of programmed withdrawals or annuities, information for the members regarding, their rights and the pension benefit payouts, transfer of assets to the annuities providers, transfer of assets to the PDIF in cases of death or disability of a pension fund members and payout of pension benefit based on inheritance rights, and
• Performs other activities within the scope of operations of the Department
